All support issues are handed in a first come first serve basis. Standard Support is $125.00/hr with a one hour minimum. If your support problem takes more then an hour you’ll be notified for authorization. To request support for your site fill out a ticket and the support department will follow up with you within two business days.
Priority Support
Get immediate support when your web world comes crashing down. Priority Support is $250.00/hr with a one hour minimum. If your support problem takes more then an hour you’ll be notified for authorization. To request support for your site fill out a ticket and the support department will follow up with you within four business hours.
Most support problems can be avoided by signing up for our Maintenance Plan.
